This workshop with Editors of Angewandte Chemie, the flagship journal of the GDCh published by Wiley-VCH, and ChemPhysChem is specifically tailored to the needs of master and PhD students and postdocs. Publishing papers in reputed journals is an integral part of the research cycle. In this workshop, we will open the Editor's black box by explaining how manuscripts are processed from submission to publication. In addition, we will discuss ethical aspects of publishing and give tips on how to prepare your manuscript for submission and improve your chances for successful publication. Seit 2014 Chefredakteurin von ChemElectroChem und seit 2016 Chefredakteurin von ChemPhotoChem.
Tamaryin Godinho studied Natural Sciences with a focus on chemistry at the University of Cambridge, where she went on to obtain an MSci after working on combinatorial biosynthesis in the group of Jonathan Spencer. She earned her Dr. rer. nat. (PhD) in Molecular Medicine at Hannover Medical School (MHH) under the supervision of Christopher Baum, and has been part of the editorial team at Angewandte Chemie since 2013, first as Assistant Editor, from 2014 as Associate Editor, and from 2018 as Senior Associate Editor.
