Divisions

The members of the GDCh Divisions and working groups come from all career stages and put their expertise at the service of the common good of chemistry – whether to deepen knowledge of a specialist field, address interdisciplinary topics or promote individual branches of the profession. They organise events for the direct transfer of knowledge, support early-career scientists and honour scientific excellence, from outstanding bachelor’s theses to lifetime achievements in science. They provide platforms for scientific and interdisciplinary exchange between universities, research institutions, industry, the liberal professions and the public sector.
