Mentoring at the GDCh

What does mentoring mean at the GDCh? For us, mentoring is a long-term, reciprocal exchange of experience between people from the field of chemistry. It is based on trust, openness and a committed collaboration on a voluntary basis. This creates new perspectives and support for professional and personal development at different stages of life and careers. On this page, you will find an overview of our mentoring programmes and learn which format is best suited to your current stage and goals.
