Working Group Biochemical and molecular biological Analytics

The working group comprises professionally competent members from regulatory authorities and industry, research and commercial laboratories, and deals with analytical issues in the following areas of work:

DNA-based analysis
• Real-time PCR and other PCR-based methods
• DNA sequencing methods (Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing)

Protein-/peptide-based analysis
• LC-MS
• MALDI-ToF
• ELISA
