The Senior Expert Chemists Division conducts its affairs in accordance with bylaws, the current version of which was adopted by resolution in advance of the General Assembly on 6 May 2024 and confirmed via the GDCh Managing Directors on 16 May 2024. The bylaws entered into force together with the amended GDCh statutes on 18 June 2024.
