Online lecture series “Blicke über den Tellerrand”

The Online lecture series "A Look Beyond the Plate" by the LChG was launched during the coronavirus pandemic in 2021 and takes place annually. The series covers a wide range of topics that can extend beyond pure food chemistry and address current developments as well as interdisciplinary aspects. The lectures are delivered by experts from various fields and some are made available via YouTube. Topics include, for example, the Tobacco Products Act, the legal assessment of articles intended to come into contact with food, and the monitoring of cosmetics. The lecture series provides a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience and contributes to deepening understanding of the various facets of food chemistry and its related disciplines.
