working group 6 - Publication

Current status

Publishing on behalf of the SEC. The working groups "Occasions (Social Media)" and "Pros and Cons" already exist. The "Fascination Chemistry" working group does not yet formally exist, but E. Ehlers and U. Kraska have already been active in this area for a long time.

Aims

• Coordination of contributions with the SEC board
• Pros and Cons: at least 1 contribution per year in 'Nachrichten aus der Chemie'
• Occasions: 12 short contributions with an image, each for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Fascination Chemistry: 5–6 contributions per year
• Continuously attract new members

Planned projects (subgroups)

"Pros and Cons": publications in 'Nachrichten aus der Chemie'

"Fascination Chemistry": articles written in an accessible way for the website (close collaboration with GDCh public relations)

"Occasions": short posts on LinkedIn and Instagram relating to occasions that can be linked to chemistry.
