Women Mentoring Programme

Empowering Women to Reach Their Full Potential!

The Women Mentoring Program of the GDCh Division of Medicinal Chemistry empowers women at the PhD stage in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry. It pairs participants with experienced mentors for personalised guidance in navigating academic and professional challenges.

The programme provides valuable networking opportunities, connecting mentees with industry and academic leaders to foster collaboration and idea sharing. Participants engage in seminars that enhance essential skills like leadership, communication, and interview preparation, empowering them to excel in their careers and contribute to a more inclusive scientific community.

By joining the programme, women increase their visibility within the MedChem community and receive support in their career planning. This initiative reflects GDCh's commitment to diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where women can thrive and make significant contributions.

If you are interested in participating as a mentee, please apply via this form until 31 July 2025.
