NSYCC/NESACS - JCF/GDCh Study Tour

The exchange between the GDCh and NESACS is met with great enthusiasm by both German and American young chemists. During the eventful and informative week-long study tour, participants make contacts, attend lectures and visit cities and chemical companies. The exchange concludes with a festive farewell dinner.

History of the GDCh-NESACS study tour

In 2010, the German-American exchange between the GDCh and NESACS, as well as their two young chemists’ organisations, JCF and NSYCC, celebrated its tenth anniversary. To mark the occasion, a delegation of young chemists travelled to Boston and attended the ACS Autumn Conference in Boston.

An article about the exchange’s ten-year history was published in the summer issue of "The Nucleus", a journal of NESACS.
