Scholarship programme of the GDCh Division of Photochemistry

The Division of Photochemistry of the German Chemical Society (GDCh) supports the participation of early-career scientists in selected conferences, seminars or workshops (e.g. Division conference "Lecture Conference on Photochemistry") by awarding travel grants.

Conditions:

• Target group: Students during their Bachelor's and Master's theses, doctoral researchers
• Requirement: active participation in the event, i.e. a lecture or poster presentation
• All grant recipients are asked to mention the support provided by the GDCh Division of Photochemistry in their lecture or on their poster.

The Division of Photochemistry is offering a limited number of grants of up to 250 euros each for active participation (poster or oral presentation) at the 30th Lecture Conference on Photochemistry . Grants can be applied for up to 3 weeks before the start of the event by email to Maike Fries (GDCh Office) using the subject line "Conference grant Photochemistry 2026". The complete application must include the following documents:

• Completed application form,
• Confirmation of acceptance of the conference contribution,
• Proof of registration for the Conference.
