Young Radiochemistry

Youth organisation of the Division of Nuclear Chemistry
Young Radiochemistry - JuRadChem - is a national network for students and recent graduates with up to three years of professional experience who are interested in the fields of radio-, nuclear or actinide chemistry.
JuRadChem addresses the challenges faced by young radiochemists in learning and disseminating new research methods. It supports them in networking on a shared platform. JuRadChem maintains a lively exchange of ideas and organisational matters with the Board of the Division of Nuclear Chemistry - for example, regarding participation in the planning and organisation of conferences or the coordination of upcoming honours. One of JuRadChem’s core responsibilities is also the organisation of its own nationwide events.
Through membership of the FG nuclear chemistry and the GDCh, student and young members automatically become members of the JuRadChem youth organisation.
The JuRadChem Board represents the interests of the student and young members of the Division of Nuclear Chemistry and is elected directly by them. It consists of the Chair and the Deputy Chair. The founding Board was appointed by the Board of the Division of Nuclear Chemistry in September 2022 as follows:
