Young Researchers’ Workshop at the University of Applied Sciences
This workshop of the GDCh Division of Macromolecular Chemistry, held in odd-numbered years, gives early-career researchers (habilitation/junior professorship/fellowship) in the field of polymer science the opportunity to present themselves and their independent research to a selected academic and industrial audience. The recipient of the Reimund-Stadler Award, worth 5000 euros, is selected from among the participants. In addition, the Division awards fellowships for early-career researchers to other workshop participants.
The workshop is not currently scheduled.
Programme
The early-career workshop, originally planned as a two-day in-person event for autumn 2021 at ALTANA in Wesel, was first postponed to spring 2022 due to the coronavirus pandemic and ultimately – to the great regret of the Divisions’ executive committee and all participants – held as a one-day Online event.
