Liebig Lectureship

Liebig Lectureship

Liebig Lectureship

Since 1999, the Liebig Association has organised a lecture series

– the Liebig Lectureship –

for outstanding young early-career scientists in Organic Chemistry, preferably from other European countries.

As part of this lecture series, those honoured – the Liebig Lecturers – visit several university or research institutes of their choice during a scientific tour of Germany. The Liebig Lecturer receives a prize of EUR 4,000 for organising the tour.

The Liebig Lecturer 2026 is Professor Dr. Luca Dell’ Amico, University of Padova/I. The title and content of the lecture, as well as the lecture dates, will be published on this page in due course.
