Privacy Policy for Expert Finder
The EU GDPR, which comes into force on 25 May 2018, provides, among other things, in Article 13 that the controller must communicate certain information to the data subject when collecting personal data.

The data will be deleted no later than three months after the enquiry has been submitted.
8. Transfer of data to a third country or an international organisation
No data is transferred to a third country outside the European Union.
In order to comply with the transparency and procedures governed by Article 12 of the EU GDPR, the controller provides the following information about the rights of data subjects.
a) Right of access (Article 15)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed. The controller shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For any further copies requested by the data subject, the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
b) Rectification (Article 16)
The data subject has the right to request the rectification or completion of personal data concerning them.
c) Erasure (Article 17) – “right to be forgotten”

d) Right to object (Article 21)
If the data subject objects to the processing of personal data concerning them, the controller may no longer process these data unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
e) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
f) Consequences of failing to provide personal data
If the data subject does not provide their personal data or objects to its processing, use of the FFCh expert finder is excluded.
