Postgraduate studies
In response to the shortfall in ecotoxicology training identified by students, authorities and industry, the two professional societies, the GDCh Division of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology and SETAC-GLB (Society of Environmental Toxicology & Chemistry Europe, German-Language Branch e.V.), jointly established the postgraduate programme (PGS) in specialist ecotoxicology, leading to the qualification “Specialist Ecotoxicologist (GDCh/SETAC-GLB)”.
